1. ORGANIZATORS

Kampaņu organizē C&C EE OU Latvijas filiāle | Brīvības iela 31, Rīga, LV-1050. (turpmāk – Organizators).

2. KAMPAŅA UN DALĪBAS NOTEIKUMI

2.1. Kampaņa “Iegādājies Mac vai iPad ar 10% atlaidi — studentiem, skolotājiem un pasniedzējiem” (turpmāk – Kampaņa) norisinās no 2026. gada 7. augusta līdz 10.septembrim (turpmāk – Kampaņas periods).

2.2 Lai saņemtu atlaidi, uzradiet ISIC / ITIC karti vai citu dokumentu, kas apliecina jūsu studenta vai skolotāja statusu (piemēram, mācību līgumu vai studenta karti) C&C veikalā.

2.3. Atlaižu saņemšanai studentam jābūt vismaz 18 gadus vecam.

2.4. Atlaide tiek piemērota no attiecīgā brīža preces cenas, un viena persona var iegādāties vienu Mac un vienu iPad ar šo atlaidi.

2.5. Atlaide attiecas tikai uz 2.4. punktā norādītajiem ierīcem, kas ir pieejami noliktavā. Atlaide neattiecas uz pakalpojumiem vai apmācību piedāvājumiem.

2.6. Piedaloties Kampaņā, dalībnieks apliecina sniegtās informācijas patiesumu, atbilstību Kampaņas noteikumiem un piekrīt šiem noteikumiem.

2.7. Kampaņa ir spēkā tikai privātpersonām.

2.8. C&C EE OU Latvijas filiāle patur tiesības mainīt Kampaņas noteikumus vai priekšlaicīgi izbeigt Kampaņu Kampaņas perioda laikā.

3. CITI NOTEIKUMI

3.1. Piedaloties Kampaņā, dalībnieks apliecina, ka ir informēts, ka Rīkotājs apstrādās viņa personas datus saskaņā ar C&C EE OÜ Latvijas filiāles personas datu apstrādes vispārīgajiem principiem (vairāk informācijas: https://cec.lv/privatuma-politika). Iesniedzot savus personas datus Kampaņas ietvaros, dalībnieks sniedz piekrišanu Rīkotājam apstrādāt viņa personas datus kampaņas saistītās informācijas nosūtīšanas nolūkā.

3.2. Visi strīdi, kas izriet no Kampaņas vai ir ar to saistīti, tiek risināti saskaņā ar Latvijas Republikas normatīvajiem aktiem.

3.3. Visas sūdzības par Kampaņas organizēšanu jāiesniedz rakstiski ar tematu

“Back to school kampaņa” ne vēlāk kā līdz 2026. gada 10. septembrim uz e-pastu:

1. ORGANIZER

The campaign is organized by C&C EE OU Latvijas filiāle | Brīvības iela 31, Riga, LV-1050 (hereinafter – the Organizer).

2. CAMPAIGN AND TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

2.1. The campaign “Purchase a Mac or iPad with a 10% discount - for students, teachers, and lecturers” (hereinafter – the Campaign) will take place from Augst 7, 2026, until September 10, 2026 (hereinafter – the Campaign Period).

2.2. To receive the discount, present an ISIC / ITIC card or another document confirming your student or teacher status (for example, a study agreement or student ID card) at a C&C store.

2.3. To receive the discount, the student must be at least 18 years old.

2.4. The discount is applied to the current product price at the time of purchase, and one person may purchase one Mac and one iPad using this discount.

2.5. The discount applies only to the devices specified in Clause 2.4 that are available in stock. The discount does not apply to services or training offers.

2.6. By participating in the Campaign, the participant confirms the truthfulness of the information provided, compliance with the Campaign rules, and acceptance of these terms.

2.7. The Campaign is valid only for private individuals.

2.8. C&C EE OU Latvijas filiāle reserves the right to amend the Campaign rules or terminate the Campaign early during the Campaign Period.

3. OTHER TERMS

3.1. By participating in the Campaign, the participant confirms that they have been informed that the Organizer will process their personal data in accordance with the general principles of personal data processing of C&C EE OU Latvijas filiāle (more information: Privacy Policy). By submitting personal data within the framework of the Campaign, the participant consents to the Organizer processing their personal data for the purpose of sending campaign-related information.

3.2. All disputes arising from or related to the Campaign shall be resolved in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

3.3. All complaints regarding the organization of the Campaign must be submitted in writing with the subject line “Back to school kampaņa” no later than 10.09.2026, to the following email address: shop_lv@cec.com
